We help clinicians and operational staff solve day-to-day healthcare challenges, by exploring the use of new technology across clinical pathways. You do not have to have a solution in mind to come to us. All you need to do is help us understand what you would like to do differently and we will do the rest together!
Our process
The opportunity
You identify an opportunity to do something better or differently. You think there should be a technological solution for it. You don’t have to know what solution you would like, or that it even exists yet! You just a have to be able to explain it. Then, you get in touch with us!
The review
Once we have some possible technological solutions, we present them back to you and review the different options together. It might be that you don’t feel any of them really work for you, in which case we will have another look around. If you are happy with giving one a go, we will help negotiate the best financial model to run a pilot with your chosen technology.
The solution
We set up a call with you to understand the opportunity you see. It might be that we speak to you a few times, or we meet you to map out processes, gather some data or ask you to show us what you are already doing. We work with you to really understand your needs. Then, we look around for possible digital solutions that fit your brief.
The pilot
After we agree to run a pilot, we will support you and your team with setting it up and running it. We will ensure the technology is compliant with data protection requirements, our team will work with you to set up the best way of evaluating the new technology and gather data so that we can demonstrate it’s benefits. Our team will spend time with you on site to ensure that the trial goes as smoothly as possible and will help you gather staff and patient feedback.
The evaluation
Once the pilot has been completed, our team will work with you to write an evaluation report on the technology. We will evaluate the technology together to ensure you are happy with it and that it is suitable to for wider roll-out within your team or for moving it into business as usual. We will support you with negotiating a contract with the supplier and with setting it up in the most appropriate way. We will ensure that you continue to have support once our team has completed what we set out to do together.
